Moped Vs Scooter Which Is More Expensive On Fuel: Gas Or Electric Scooters?

Which is more expensive on fuel: Gas or electric scooters? - moped vs scooter

Looking for a used electric scooter or gas scooter to buy, and I'm torn between the two. I'm going to commute, so I'm not like the price of real moped motorcycle is concerned, but what worries me is that the cost of gas @ about $ 3.90 cost of an electric scooter would be free. Any help would be great.
