I had this tingling sensation (tingling) feeling in the neck that comes and goes. I feel in my neck neck right in the corner of my neck and shoulder. I think I notice more when I wear his shirt collar, or if I wear a tie. It is not at all painful. It is simply very annoying. I know people will say that I asked a doctor. But somebody has an idea? And if I go to the doctor, what kind of questions are good questions?
